As the founding broker of Real Estate 1, I have been involved with all aspects of real estate for over forty years. I have expertise in sales, listings, new construction, and commercial properties. In addition, I have been involved with rentals all of my life, through personal ownership and management for others. I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming, with a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Arts and Administration. I am a Wyoming native, a member of the Laramie Board of Realtors, National Realtors Association, and a founding member of the National Property Management Section of the National Realtors Association. I have served on our church board, was a former vice-president of the University Alumni Board, a member of Cowboy Joe, a member of the Elks, and a Master Mason. I have been licensed with the Wyoming Real Estate commission for over forty four years.
